鼓山區（1949年12月—1955年5月，1960年3月—1961年6月，1961年12月—1969年11月）是中華人民共和國福建省福州市歷史上的一個市轄區。
第一次設立
1949年12月，福州市人民政府增設鼓山區，轄林森縣劃入的松鼓鄉和雙岳鄉。1952年12月，鼓山區隸屬新成立的福州市人民政府郊區行政辦事處（以下簡稱「市郊辦處」）。1955年4月，析鼓山區韓園、河塍、浦下3個村歸大根區，析鼓山區洋中村歸台江區；5月，撤銷鼓山區建制，其所轄鄉鎮由市郊辦處直接領導。
第二次設立
1960年3月，撤銷市郊辦處，同時設立福州市直轄的鼓山區，下轄鼓山、魁岐、橫嶼、岳峰4個人民公社。1961年6月，鼓山區改制為鼓山行政辦事處。
第三次設立
1961年12月，撤銷鼓山行政辦事處，恢復設立鼓山區。1962年1月，恢復市郊辦處，鼓山區歸其領導。1969年11月，鼓山區改稱鼓山人民公社[1][2]。
