黃水溝是中華人民共和國新疆維吾爾自治區的一條河流，位於塔里木盆地，該河全長110千米，集水面積約4311平方千米，年均徑流量約為5.59億立方米。根據黃水溝水文站測定，該河夏季富水期徑流量佔全年的57.6%，冬季枯水期徑流量佔全年的10.4%。[1]
