高興夫（1963年10月—），男，浙江杭州人，中華人民共和國政治人物。天津大學系統工程專業碩士畢業，管理學博士，一級註冊建造師，教授級高級工程師。
生平
曾任浙江省建工集團董事、副總經理，浙江省建設投資集團副董事長、總經理、董事長、黨委書記。2015年1月，任浙江省交通集團董事長、黨委書記。2016年8月，任浙江省人民政府副省長[1][2]。
