馬赫爾·阿卜杜勒-哈菲茲·哈賈爾（阿拉伯語：ماهر عبد الحفيظ حجار，1968年—），是一名敘利亞政治家、國會議員，敘利亞人民意志黨人物，曾經競選2014年敘利亞總統選舉[1][2]。
他出生於一個穆斯林遜尼派家庭，畢業於阿勒頗大學[3]。他曾經在1984年，參加敘利亞歐諾共產黨，之後退出，加入2000年的人民意志黨[4]。2007年，曾經參加敘利亞國會選舉，但是落選。2012年再次競選，並且獲得席位。2014年，參加敘利亞總統選舉[5]，以無黨派身份參加，獲得3.2%的選票[6]。
