邊永立（韓語：변영립，1929年9月20日—2016年11月15日[1]），又譯邊榮立，出生於朝鮮黃海南道載寧郡，畢業於金日成綜合大學，物理專家。[2]1993年起，任國家科學院副院長。1999年，被任命為朝鮮教育相。2003年起，擔任國家科學院院長至2009年。[3]2009年7月起任最高人民會議常任委員會秘書長。2010年朝鮮勞動黨代表會議上，當選勞動黨中央政治局委員。
