趙希弁（?—?），字君錫，袁州（今江西宜春）人。南宋宗室。
宋太祖九世孫[1]。曾祖趙子孟，官右從政郎[2]。希弁之祖趙伯荃過繼趙師向為後代。希弁早年為江西漕貢進士，勤於治學，曾任秘書省校勘。曾校正晁公武《郡齋讀書志》，撰有《讀書附志》1卷，收書469種。另有《讀史補註》130卷、《資治通鑑綱目考異》59卷、《續資治通鑑補註》946卷、《建炎以來中興系年要錄補註》20卷、《續仰山孚惠廟實錄》5卷，皆不傳。
