生平
早年參加新四軍，曾任中央軍委總政治部幹事、西馮土產公司三邊分公司副經理、嫩江省軍區後勤部部長、興安省牡丹江省財政廳廳長，東北財經委員會財政金融貿易處處長，瀋陽市財政局局長[1][2]。
中華人民共和國成立後，擔任對外貿易部副部長、外資管理委員會副主任，香港華潤集團董事長，中國國際貿易促進委員會主任。1988年去世[3]。
