拉里薩的費隆（Philo of Larissa，前154年或前153年－前84年或前83年[1]），古希臘哲學家之一，24歲時前往雅典，此前一直在家鄉從事研究工作。在雅典師從克萊托馬庫斯，後繼其成為學園領袖。在公元前88年密特里達泰斯戰爭期間，他前往羅馬，並在那裏講授哲學及修辭學。他著述頗豐，但留傳甚少。
