蟾蜍屬（學名：Bufo）是蟾蜍科的一個屬，它曾經是一個廢紙簍分類，有200多種蟾蜍劃入該屬，但2006年重新劃分，很多蟾蜍屬的生物劃入其他的屬[1]，現在該屬僅含十幾個種。[2]
1996年以無棘溪蟾(Torrentophryne aspinia)為模式種建立的溪蟾屬（Torrentophryne），目前併入到蟾蜍屬內[3]。
