葛均波（1962年11月—），男，山東五蓮人，中國心血管病學家，同濟大學副校長，復旦大學附屬中山醫院教授，中國科學技術大學附屬第一醫院院長。中國科學院院士。
生平
1984年畢業於青島醫學院，1987年獲山東醫科大學碩士學位，1993年於德國美因茨大學獲博士學位。2011年當選為中國科學院院士。[1]2018年起擔任中國科學技術大學附屬第一醫院（安徽省立醫院）院長[2]。
2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[3]，代表醫藥衛生界，分入第四十五組。[4]2018年1月，當選第十三屆全國政協委員[5]。
