萌渚嶺，是中國境內的一段山脈，為「五嶺」之一，位於湖南與廣西交界處，綿延於江華縣、鍾山縣等地。該山脈的主要山峰有山馬塘頂（海拔1787米）、姑婆山（海拔1730米）、馬鞍山（海拔1846米）等，主峰為山馬塘頂。
