茹科夫卡（俄語：Жу́ковка）是俄羅斯布良斯克州的一個鎮，位於傑斯納河畔，距離州首府布良斯克約55公里，人口19,731人（2002年）。
茹科夫卡成立於1868年，最初是奧廖爾-里加鐵路上的一個車站，1962年建鎮。
