苻萇（？—354年（傷重而死）），中國五胡十六國時代人物，前秦開國皇帝苻健的長子，其母親是強皇后。
苻健即位為皇帝，封苻萇為太子、單于。354年，東晉桓溫進軍關中，苻健命他率軍抵擋，桓溫進軍灞上，耆老垂泣對晉軍：「不圖今日復睹官軍！」雖然後來的戰鬥桓溫最終失敗，苻萇在戰鬥中被流箭射中，冬十月，苻萇去世，諡號為獻哀太子。
