蘇維埃港（俄語：Сове́тская Га́вань，羅馬化：Sovetskaya Gavan）是俄羅斯哈巴羅夫斯克邊疆區的一座城市，1922年以前的城市名為皇帝港。韃靼海峽西岸的重要港口。貝阿鐵路的終點。人口30,480人（2002年人口普查）。瓦尼諾有北方30公里，這是一個港口城市。
