肖百靈（1964年4月—），女性，湖南洞口人[1]:613，中華人民共和國政治人物。1991年6月加入中國共產黨。衡陽市教育學院畢業，華中師範大學、湖南師範大學教育管理專業碩士。
生平
歷任湖南省婦聯城鄉事業發展部部長、兒童工作部部長、副主席等職務。2009年4月起任湖南省婦女聯合會主席、黨組書記[2]。2023年1月，當選為湖南省政協副主席[3]。
