聯邦食品、藥品和化妝品法案

美國聯邦食品、藥品和化妝品法案（常縮寫為FFDCA，FDCA，或FD&C）是美國國會在1938年通過的一系列法案的總稱，賦予美國食品藥品監督管理局（FDA）監督監管食品安全、藥品、及化妝品的權力。該法案主要是由Royal S. Copeland寫成，其為一三年期的紐約州參議員。^[2]該法案通過後又歷經多次修改。

廢止歷程
廢除法律	純淨食品及藥品法案（英語：Pure Food and Drug Act）

催生該法案的主要原因之一是因為一種磺胺藥物中所使用的溶劑二甘醇導致100多名病人死亡。^[3]這部法案誕生後取代了1906年通過的純淨食品及藥品法案（英語：Pure Food and Drug Act）。
