聶磊（1967年7月17日—2013年9月17日），曾用名張瀧、王鑫，生於山東省青島市[1]。初中文化，2010年3月，聶磊被控指使多名犯罪嫌疑人持械竄至青島市頤中皇冠假日大酒店夜總會打傷員工多人，損壞物品若干，並涉嫌販賣毒品。2010年6月被公安通緝；2010年9月被抓獲歸案。2011年12月，聶磊在膠州法院受審；2012年3月，一審被判死刑。8月20日，二審維持原判。[2]2013年9月17日，山東省青島市中級人民法院執行對聶磊的注射死刑。
