羅拔·羅森塔爾（英語：Robert Rosenthal，1933年3月2日—2024年1月5日），是美國加利福尼亞大學河濱分校的一名社會心理學家。他的主要領域是自我應驗預言，尤其對畢馬龍效應作了許多研究。
生平
1933年3月2日羅森塔爾生於德國吉森，六歲時隨家人離開了德國。1956年他獲得加州大學洛杉磯分校博士學位。他最開始研究臨床心理學，後來轉為研究社會心理學。1962至1999年在哈佛大學任教，1992年成為心理學部主席，1995年成為埃德加·皮雅斯心理學教授。1999年自哈佛退休後來到加州。
