類固醇生成因子1(英語:steroidogenic factor 1,縮寫SF-1)是一種參與性別決定的轉錄因子,涉及生殖腺與腎上腺[6]。這一蛋白由NR5A1基因編碼,屬於核受體超家族,位於9號染色體長臂段的位置33.3。SF-1最初發現於其能調節CYP450類固醇羥化酶的表達,因而得名,之後又發現了參與調控許多相關基因[7]。
