穆罕默德·阿里汗·贊德（波斯語：محمد علي خان زند，1760年—1779年） 是贊德王朝第二任伊朗沙阿（1779年在位）。阿布·法特赫汗是贊德王朝第一任沙阿卡里姆汗的次子。穆罕默德·阿里汗的外父是卡里姆汗的弟弟薩基汗為當時的軍隊統帥。
1779年，卡里姆汗逝世，薩基汗支持穆罕默德·阿里汗即位。其後，他的長兄阿布·法特赫汗即位成為共同統治者。同年6月，穆罕默德·阿里汗因心臟病發逝世，只統治了不足五個月。權力移交到單獨統治的長兄阿布·法特赫汗手上。
