阿失歹兒（13世紀—1312年），元朝中期中書省滄州（今河北滄州市）人。
元仁宗皇慶元年（1312年），阿失歹兒和同鄉覩海、塔海等聚眾反元起事，踏踐田禾，射死田主許大。這支義軍在南到黃河，北至大寧的範圍，往來流動，抵抗抗元朝官軍，將寬徹大王射殺。十一月，阿失歹兒、覩海、塔海等被元朝政府捕獲，元朝將他們三人肢解處死。
