蓋亞山（英語：Mount Gya），又稱甲日山、6795高地，海拔6795米（另一說為6794米），地理坐標32°32′14.4″N 78°23′37.3″E，位於中國西藏阿里地區札達縣楚魯松傑鄉西北角與印度喜馬偕爾邦司丕提地區及拉達克東南角的交界處，是中印未定邊界西段的終點，屬於喜馬拉雅山脈。
根據當地藏族居民的解釋，「蓋亞」一名有多種意思，如「白」、「百」、「中國人長鬚的末端」等[1]。
領土爭議
由於中印邊界從未劃界，在蓋亞山附近的楚木惹（Chumar、Chumur；楚馬）、支普齊（Chepzi），2009年至2013年間中印軍隊發生過多次彼此聲稱為入侵對方領土的行為[2][3]。
