白三烯E4(英語:Leukotriene E4)是一種與炎症反應有關的半胱氨酰白三烯類物質,由幾種白細胞產生,包括嗜酸性粒細胞、肥大細胞、巨噬細胞和嗜鹼性粒細胞,最近還發現了有血小板粘附的中性粒細胞也能產生白三烯E4[1]。
