王超柱（1917年—1993年），山東濟南長清馬山焦莊人。中華人民共和國政治人物。
早年參加韓戰，後擔任鐵道部大橋工程局2、4橋處工長。1972年，任鐵道部大橋工程局橋樑科研所革委會副主任；次年升任湖北省總工會主任。擔任中共第九、十、十一屆中央委員[1]。
