王繼韜（？—935年），五代十國時期光州固始（今河南固始）人，閩國惠宗王延鈞次子。母親劉華。
他哥哥王繼鵬當福王的時候，和他關係不好。935年十月十九，王繼鵬糾合李倣搶先發動兵變，將繼母皇后陳金鳳、胞弟王繼韜和父親王延鈞一齊殺死。王繼鵬即位為閩康宗。
