王德茂（1907年—1983年7月24日），山西祁縣人。中華人民共和國大法官。
早年參加革命運動，屢次被捕入獄[1]。七七事變後，任山西決死隊2縱隊教導員，八路軍晉綏軍區8分區政治部副主任。1947年，任晉綏軍區軍官團政治部主任，晉綏軍區敵工部長、呂梁軍區組織部長。1949年，隨軍南下四川，參加了大西南的戰役[2]。中華人民共和國成立後，歷任川西行署民政廳副廳長，西南軍政委員會民政部副部長、西南政法委員會秘書長、最高人民法院西南分院院長、最高人民法院副院長[3]。1983年7月24日，在北京逝世。
