水鄉客廳站是上海示範區線的一座車站，是其上海段的終點，同時也是其嘉善至西塘線、水鄉旅遊線的起點，屬滬蘇嘉城際鐵路[1]。具體位於滬青平公路和金溪路的路口。規劃顯示，許多大學計劃在該地區設立校區。本站的車站結構為「3台6面5線」（3個島式站台，6個站台面，5條軌道線）[2]。
2022年6月10日，《水鄉客廳近零碳專項規劃》草案公開徵求意見。水鄉客廳圍繞「一點、一心、三園、藍環」，即圍繞長三角原點，打造方廳水院，構築地標場所；外圍靈動佈局三大核心功能組團；打造江南圩田、桑葚魚塘、水鄉濕地三個展示園及三個科普村。
預計2023年底前實現開工[1]。
