殷純（？—？），三國時期蜀漢官員。曾任大司馬屬等職，但顯然權力不是很大，是個虛職。陳壽在《三國志》中也沒具體記載。公元220年，曹丕篡漢自立的消息傳到蜀地，殷純和張裔等人進言勸劉備也稱帝，[1]最後劉備只聽從諸葛亮的建議。蜀漢滅亡後生死不明。
