殷向傑（1965年12月—），男性，漢族，籍貫湖北孝感，出生於天津，1985年加入中國共產黨。擁有南開大學管理學博士學歷，中華人民共和國政治人物。
生平
2001年2月，任天津市人民政府辦公廳人事處處長。2001年9月，任天津市人民政府辦公廳秘書處處長。2006年11月，任天津市人民政府辦公廳副主任。2012年2月，任天津市人民政府辦公廳巡視員、副主任。2013年11月，任天津市人民政府副秘書長、辦公廳黨組成員，並明確為正局級。2017年11月，任中共天津市寶坻區區委書記。[1]
