武至元[1]（?—?），又作武志元[2]、武元忠[3]，唐朝并州文水縣（今山西省文水縣）人，武則天伯父武士逸的兒子。
武至元在唐高宗時官至倉部郎中、庫部郎中，沒有活到武周建立。武則天即位後，追封武士逸、武至元父子為蜀王，武至元的兒子武懿宗封為河內郡王，武嗣宗封為臨川郡王。武至元被封為蜀王見於武嗣宗女兒的墓志銘。武至元有女靜樂縣主，為武懿宗之妹。
