歐仁·卡馬拉（法語：Eugène Camara，1942年1月21日—2019年11月23日），幾內亞政治家，曾任幾內亞高等教育和科學研究部長、計劃部長和幾內亞總理。
為平息2007年1月爆發的幾內亞總罷工，幾內亞總統蘭薩納·孔戴任命卡馬拉為總理，這一職務2006年4月以來一直處於空缺。2007年2月26日，總統孔戴任命蘭薩納·庫亞特接替卡馬拉出任新一屆總理。
