核糖體序列標簽連續分析(serial analysis of ribosomal sequence tag, SARST),是一種高通量分子生態學技術,將環境中的rRNA中某段高變異性的序列(如V6高變區)連接到一起,一併測序的方法。其優點爲,可以高效率地測定環境中的物種多樣性,更易檢測到出現頻率低的rRNA。
