楊建忠（1965年—），河北徐水人，漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十二屆全國人民代表大會河北地區代表。
畢業於北京航空航天大學軟件學院，加入中國共產黨，擔任巨力集團股份有限公司董事長。2008年起擔任全國人大代表[1]。2013年，被選為全國人大代表[2]。
