楊光榮（1963年11月—），男，湖南湘潭人，中華人民共和國政治人物。湖南財經學院（現併入湖南大學）財政系專業畢業，西南財經大學財政專業研究生，碩士學歷。
生平
1985年6月加入中國共產黨。歷任長沙市財政局財政研究所幹部、副科專職督查員、副局長、局長、市社科聯副主席等職。2002年4月，任中共長沙市天心區區委書記。2003年12月，任中共長沙經濟技術開發區工委書記、長沙縣委書記[1]。2008年12月，任湖南省旅遊局局長[2]。2013年4月，任中共張家界市委書記。2016年11月，任湖南省人民政府秘書長[3]。2016年12月，任湖南省副省長[4]。
2017年12月，楊光榮調任安徽省人民政府副省長、黨組成員。2019年6月至2021年6月，兼任中共阜陽市委書記[5]。2023年1月，楊光榮當選為安徽省人大常委會副主任，不再擔任省人民政府副省長[6]。
