李永和（1971年—），男，中國企業高管。
生平
1994年獲得浙江理工大學機械專業學士學位，2016年獲得 中歐國際工商學院EMBA學位。2014年12月任京東商城運營體系高級副總裁，2018年11月任阿里巴巴集團天貓超市事業群總裁，2021年7月任阿里巴巴集團本地生活總裁。[1]2021年8月因處理阿里巴巴員工被領導強姦案不力，曝露了職場上中國大陸性暴力和強姦問題，引起社會震撼，李永和和另一高管徐昆被阿里巴巴免職。
