朱健康（1967年—），美籍華裔植物生物學家，安徽阜南人，美國國家科學院院士。主要從事植物逆境分子生物學研究。
朱健康1987年畢業於北京農業大學土壤與化學系。後赴美國留學，1990年獲加州大學河濱分校植物學碩士學位，1993年獲普渡大學植物生理學博士學位。此後曾任教於奧本大學、亞利桑那大學，2004年出任加州大學河濱分校整合基因組學研究所所長。2005年受聘為中國農業大學長江學者講座教授。2009年任阿卜杜拉國王科技大學植物逆境基因組及技術中心（Center for Plant Stress Genomics and Technology）主任。2010年當選美國國家科學院院士。[1][2]2012年4月中國科學院上海植物逆境生物學研究中心成立，由他領銜該研究中心的建設。[3]
