孫和墓在浙江省湖州市老城（龍溪為界）西北約五公里，即舊志所稱「文帝明陵在縣西北西陵山」。孫和是孫權的廢太子，其子孫皓即位後，追諡孫和為文皇帝，改葬明陵，設置園邑二百家，令、丞奉守。第二年正月，分吳郡、丹楊郡九縣設立為吳興郡，治所在烏程，設太守，吳興郡負責四季奉祠。寶鼎二年七月，孫皓派守大匠薛珝營立寢堂，號清廟。十二月，派守丞相孟仁、太常姚信等備官僚中軍步騎二千人，把靈柩迎於明陵[1]。
