把子肉是一種魯菜小吃,主要流行於山東西部、山東南部,以濟南濟寧等地為中心。把子肉的原料是豬五花肉,取肥瘦相間肉塊,用醬油入味燉熟,肥而不膩。是濟南周圍地區的日常食品。
