思索死刑

《思索死刑》（法語：Réflexions sur la guillotine；英語：Reflections on the Guillotine），是法國作家阿爾貝·加繆的一部作品，寫於1957年。在文章中，加繆對廢除死刑持不妥協的立場。加繆的觀點與切薩雷·貝卡里亞和薩德侯爵的觀點相似，後者也認為，由國家預謀和實施的謀殺是最糟糕的^[1]。加繆說，他的論點不是基於對被定罪者的同情，而是基於邏輯和經證實的統計數字。^[1]
