張永義（1950年—），遼寧省海城市耿莊鎮灰菜村人。中國人民解放軍中將。
生平
畢業於首都師範大學，1985年9月任海軍飛行學院院長。1990年6月，任北海艦隊航空兵參謀長，1992年12月任北海艦隊航空兵副司令員，1995年12月任海軍南海艦隊航空兵司令員。2000年12月，任中國人民解放軍海軍航空兵副司令員。2003年12月，任中國人民解放軍海軍副參謀長[1]，2004年12月升任海軍副司令員[2]，2006年，授海軍中將銜。
