張兵（1966年4月—），中華人民共和國政治人物。1985年4月加入中共，1990年8月參加工作，研究生學歷，管理學博士。
生平
早年畢業於杭州大學（今浙江大學）心理系工業心理學專業，後留校攻讀本專業研究生。畢業後任共青團浙江省委學校部科員、省學聯副秘書長。1992年掛職任溫州市甌海區梧埏鎮鎮長助理。1994年進入共青團浙江省委組織部工作，歷任主任科員、副部長，共青團浙江省委常委、青農部部長，共青團浙江省委常委、辦公室主任，共青團浙江省委副書記、黨組成員、省青聯副主席、省少工委主任等職。[1]。2018年2月，任中共麗水市委書記，7月改任中共嘉興市委書記[2]。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[3]。2022年9月，不再擔任中共嘉興市委書記[4][5]。
