簡歷
1987年9月至1991年7月就讀於哈爾濱工業大學無線電工程系。1991年7月至2018年9月在中國工程物理研究院工作。
2018年9月30日至2020年4月29日出任廣東省人民政府副省長、黨組成員。
2020年4月擔任中共中央組織部部務委員兼幹部二局局長[1]。
2023年2月升任中共中央組織部副部長，並繼續兼任幹部二局局長[2]。3月起不再兼任幹部二局局長。
