弁糾（？—？），姬姓，弁氏，名糾，又被稱為欒糾，春秋時期晉國御戎。
前573年二月初一，晉悼公在朝廷上即位，晉悼公知道弁糾善於駕車來配合軍政，讓他擔任國君戰車的御戎，管轄校正，讓他教育御者們明白道理。[1][2]
