康能洙（韓語：강능수，1930年2月21日—2015年7月21日），又譯姜能洙，朝鮮民主主義人民共和國文學評論家和政治人物。朝鮮勞動黨中央政治局委員，第12屆最高人民會議代議員、副議長。
履歷
- 1930年生於平壤，金日成綜合大學朝鮮文學專業畢業，
- 1973年3月任朝鮮作家聯盟委員會指導員，曾率代表團訪問蘇聯。
- 1986年2月任勞動黨中央委員會創作室長，
- 1989年任4.15文學創作團團長，作家同盟中央委員會副委員長。
- 1997年8月被授予金日成勳章。
- 1999年9月至2003年9月起擔任文化相，
- 2003年9月當選最高人民會議副議長，
- 2004年2月任朝鮮金日成花金正日花委員會委員長。
- 2006年3月6.15南北共同宣言，任朝鮮執行委員會副委員長並出席會議。
- 2006年6月至2010年1月起再次擔任文化相
- 2008年4月被免除最高人民會議副議長職務，
- 2010年1月起任勞動黨中央委員會電影部部長兼國家電影委員會委員長。
- 2010年6月7日任內閣副總理。
- 2010年9月當選朝鮮勞動黨中央政治局委員。
- 2015年7月21日逝世，享年85歲。[1]
