巴魯伊河 (馬來語：Sungai Balui; 英語：Balui River) 是婆羅洲砂拉越的一條河流。它是拉讓江 (Rejang River)上游的其中一個支流。砂拉越最大的水壩，裝機240萬千瓦[1] ：巴貢水壩 (Bakun Dam)坐落於此。
