左法爾（思高本）或瑣法（和合本），英文作Zophar，希伯來文作צוֹפַר，是《聖經》中約伯的三位朋友之一，其身份為納阿瑪人（思高本），亦作拿瑪人（和合本）。他在《約伯傳》中與其他兩位朋友一起勸解約伯。[1]
