崔江水（1953年10月—），河北晉州人。男，漢族。1970年12月參加工作，1979年3月加入中國共產黨。河北工學院（現河北工業大學）機械二系汽車與拖拉機專業畢業，大學本科學歷。
歷任河北省人大常委會辦公廳秘書；省外經貿廳副處長，省進出口貿易公司副總經理，省土產進出口公司總經理，省對外貿易經濟合作廳副廳長，省人民政府開放辦公室主任、省招商局局長，省商務廳廳長等職。2008年1月，任中共邯鄲市委書記。2011年1月15日，被增補為河北省政協副主席[1]。2017年1月，不再擔任河北省政協副主席[2]。
