密克羅尼西亞聯邦國會（英語：Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia）是密克羅尼西亞聯邦的國家立法機關。密克羅尼西亞聯邦國會實行一院制，由14名議員組成，其中10名議員任期2年，其他4名為任期4年的「全任期」議員。現任國會議長是Wesley W. Simina。現任議員皆為獨立人士。
密克羅尼西亞聯邦總統、副總統由國會議員從4位4年全任期議員中選舉產生。國會掌握着美國對密援款的支配權、預算審批權、聯邦政府內閣部長、局長和駐外使節審批等實際權力，在密政治生活中權力大於政府部門，形成「國會強、政府弱」的局面。
