姜平（1962年—），遼寧人，中國人民解放軍空軍中將。

曾任海軍裝備部辦公室主任。2013年12月，任海軍南海艦隊航空兵政治部主任。2016年3月，任海軍北海艦隊副政治委員兼北海艦隊航空兵政治委員[1]。2019年6月，任戰略支援部隊航天系統部政治委員[2]。2021年9月，任空軍政治工作部主任[3]。
2014年12月，晉升海軍少將軍銜[4]。2019年12月，晉升海軍中將軍銜。
