天津市第二南開學校，位於中國天津市和平區南市街道榮安大街167號，前身是南開女子中學。1985年，經天津市人民政府批准，學校更名為天津市第二南開中學[1]。2000年，天津市匯文中學併入第二南開中學，後者遷入舊匯文中學校舍。2001年，和平區教育委員會將濱江中學、三十四中和長征中學三校合併，改稱匯文中學，位於原第二南開中學甘肅路校舍[2]。2015年，因增設小學部，復名天津市第二南開學校。
